This year, Babtec is represented for the first time at the Hannover Messe. Digital quality management is our core competence – and it has been for 25 years. As a leading producer and supplier of software for quality management, we help our customers not only to keep pace with digitalization, but also to play an active role in shaping future quality management.
This year, the Recruiting Day of the University of Wuppertal was held for the second time, after its premiere in 2018 was a complete success. Once again, many regional and international companies came together to give the numerous interested students an insight into career opportunities for beginners. Whether internships, working students or the full practice kick through direct entry as a new colleague – we were able to give advise to many students about careers at Babtec.
The Recruiting Day was again enriched this year by attractive service offers such as free application photos and an expert check of the application documents. Another highlight for many students was the raffle of a WMF contact grill at the Babtec stand.
The aim of the Recruiting Day is to bring companies and students together and thus to create profitable opportunities for both sides for the career start of young talents. Achieved goal, we think!
Quality Management in the Age of Digitalization
The digital transformation is accelerating key trends in the industry: the degree of product complexity, the pressure to innovate, and the speed of adoption. As a rule, the more complex the product, the larger and more branched the supply networks required. The task of quality management here is to combine the most diverse and multifaceted competencies within and across companies. Networking is a quality-critical aspect. Digitalized quality processes offer the possibility to record, analyze and control quality-relevant data on the basis of defined key figures - even beyond company borders. Using the cloud platform Babtec Qube, quality tasks can be shared and jointly processed with business partners.
Babtec in the Digital Factory
At the Hannover Messe, Babtec is part of the "Digital Factory", which focuses on integrated processes and IT solutions. With over 590 exhibitors, the focus here will be on the question of how data-based integration of all value-added processes can succeed. Babtec makes a decisive contribution to effective and future-proof quality management - and thus to the sustained success of its customers - by offering opportunities for cooperation within the company and across the entire supply network. Because quality is teamwork.
