Dealing with the requirements of interested parties (such as customers or legislators) is a challenge for every company, because there are more and more of them to consider. With the "Requirements Management" module in BabtecQ Go, we would like to support you in organizing the handling of requirements in a better and more transparent way and to make work easier for all parties involved in the face of daily challenges.
Addressing requirements in good time, creating clarity about the scope and implementation in the company, and establishing the necessary rules are elementary components of preventive risk management.
Let's assume that a new standard relevant to you, a new law or in the context of a new project, new customer-specific requirements appear. Then identify relevant requirements, interpret their meaning for your business processes and check to what extent the requirement is already fulfilled. If necessary, make decisions and initiate measures to take the requirement into account in the future. You record all these considerations and decisions in a comprehensible manner. As a result you get a transparent overview of all requirements, with priority, implementation status and degree of fulfillment. This makes time-consuming research a thing of the past.
