For me, the Deutschlandstipendium meant not only financial support, but also gave me valuable insights into the practice and professional life.
As a quality engineer, you learn very early that the quality of a product is determined by the degree to which it meets the requirements. At the end of the sponsorship, I notice that the quality of the product “Deutschlandstipendium in cooperation with Babtec” can be described as no less than "very good", as my requirements and expectations were exceeded.
At Babtec, I had the opportunity to get to know the company, the corporate culture, the professional perspectives and the friendly employees, and was also involved in the Babtec world from the very beginning. This allowed for a lively exchange, which broadened my horizons and made my career ideas more concrete.
