It's that time again: with Release 7.5, our QM software BabtecQ not only has improved functions in store for you, but also some new ones in the various modules. These are the highlights.
Drawing folder sets give you an additional option to organize the management of stamped drawings. From now on, you can combine several released drawing folders in sets. The use of sets is recommended, among other things, if there is more than one valid drawing for your products. If, in addition, some of the drawings are also generally valid and apply to several products at once, it is worthwhile to stamp each drawing in a separate drawing folder and to group all valid stamped drawings (drawing folders) for each product in sets.
Perhaps this situation sounds familiar to you: in your company, employees from other departments are involved in the complaints process, but do not have access to BabtecQ. Or this one: complaints or internal deviations should be recorded and documented exactly where they are received or discovered – but access to BabtecQ is missing at the appropriate point.
With BabtecQ Go, we provide a remedy: from now on, all parties involved can have easy access to the processing of deviations and complaints in BabtecQ Go in order to create new customer or supplier complaints or to record new internal deviations. Another advantage: all parties involved are well informed at all times – about the current (8D) processing status, about compliance with agreed deadlines or the next deadlines.
